Friday, the 18th of May we will be playing an all ages show at UAB (presented by Bleed Black)! The show starts at 9:00pm, be we should go on at around 10:00pm since Ryan and I end work at 9!
Tickets are $5 in advance (just talk to us), and $6 at the door. Bring a friend! Hope to see you there!

Hello everyone! It's been a long time since we've last chatted!
This past month has been pretty hectic, what with the semester ending for us CEGEP folk, and Evan being in Europe... We had like no time to practice, but we did have time to write another song (that isn't bad, if i do say so myself).
Anyhoo, we are having our next show on the 27th of May, at Main Hall (presented by Supernova). Tickets are roughly $10, and it should start at 5:00pm, Eastern Time!

EXPOSURE @ CLUB SODA
On January 27th & 28th, the boXen and over 40 local bands will compete in a colossal Battle of the Bands at Club Soda (yes, Club Soda!). The shows are from 11:00 am til' 11:00 pm. We are now selling tickets, it helps us out and is less expensive if you buy them from us in advance ($12) as oppose to at the door ($15). I attended Exposure last year, and believe me, it will be an event to remember.
One ticket is good for both days, contact us before January 23 to get yours!

Happy boXen Day!
Just thought I'd update you all on the whereabouts and activities of the boXen during these festive times! Evan's gone to Toronto for a while (we have no clue until when); Jordan is most probably working at the Brault; Daniel is... well to be honest, we never know what Daniel's doing; and I just got back from shoveling like a mofo. Hopefully we can start working on a new song before Evan comes back and practice some more once he returns.
In other news, the boXen will be playing Exposure on January 27th at Club Soda, make sure you're free! While I don't have many details now, I'll post again after January 7th to update you (we have a meeting that day). Until then, happy whatever it is to you and yours and enjoy your holidays!

Happy Halloween Everybody!!
Yay! It has been a while since my last post! Sorry everyone! I can only blame the chaoticness of CEGEP that 3/4 of the band is going through. However, I will make it up to you by announcing our next show!
On Saturday, November 11th, 2006, the boXen will be playing a free show at The Vault! We will be playing five, maybe even six original songs, including Spineless, Somewhere Close Far Away, Sugar-Coated, and some new and exciting material! Be there! You don't want to miss it!
